Theodore j. finn

Theodore J. Finn "Ted" was raised in Longmont,
Colorado, attended Niwot High School locally and then graduated
from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in
Political Science. Ted then attended the Creighton University
School of Law. While at Creighton Ted was a member of the
Editorial Staff of the Creighton Law Review. Ted earned his
Juris Doctorate in 2003 graduating, cum laude.
Ted has since been actively practicing in
Longmont and throughout northern Colorado. Ted's practice
historically involved defense of large and small employers
regarding all types of labor and commercial liability issues.
Ted's experience includes counseling businesses regarding wage
and hour issues, handbook formation and immigration. Ted has
even been retained by other attorney's to provide legal advice
and counseling regarding employment matters. Ted's defense
practice also included the defense of individuals and
corporations regarding liability relating to personal injury
claims. With his experience, Ted has defended numerous
individuals and mid-size corporate defendants.
Ted's practice is currently grounded in
family/divorce law and personal injury prosecution. Ted
understands these cases are some of the most important and
difficult cases we handle. Ted's experience in the intricacies
of litigation is matched by his understanding of the unavoidable
emotional component of these cases. Ted's goal is to ensure his
clients have a clear understanding of the law, their options,
and the likely results of the decisions they make. Ted
personally handles all aspects of litigation including initial
investigation, evaluation, motions, discovery, mediation and
trial.
A life-time Longmont resident, Ted is actively
involved with numerous civic organizations and is dedicated to
preserving the atmosphere of community he enjoyed while being
raised in Colorado.
