William was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. Since moving to Colorado the day after graduating law school, he has called Longmont home. William’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, construction litigation/arbitration, personal injury, contract disputes and collections. Prior to joining this firm, William’s practice included estate planning, trust & probate litigation, and real estate litigation cases in Colorado and Utah.
William graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2014. During law school, William sought exposure to practical experience whenever possible. He clerked for firms specializing in personal injury, divorce, criminal defense, and workers’ compensation defense. He interned with the local public defenders’ office, working for the defense of juvenile defendants. He obtained a license as a Registered Neutral and served as a neutral in small claims court, where he mediated housing and debt disputes.
William completed two degrees at Mercer University prior to entering law school. He obtained an M.B.A. in 2010 and was inducted into both the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma honors societies. Prior to that he completed a B.B.A. in 2008 with a focus in business management.
William is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.
