Abby S. Gasser

Education

Abigail Gasser “Abby” grew up in Boulder County, Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University, earning a B.A. in International Studies.  She then moved to San Francisco and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at U.C. Hastings, Abby learned the importance of effective communication through participation in a mediation clinic, conducting mediations for the Superior Court of San Francisco’s Small Claims Court. Additionally, Abby served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Environmental Law Journal and as President of the Hastings Human Rights and International Law Organization.

After graduating from law school, Abby interned at a boutique estate planning firm and discovered an interest in assisting clients with the organization of their estate. Later, Abby worked in family law, gaining experience in the litigation process. Since joining Flanders, Elsberg, Herber & Dunn, Abby has been focusing on estate planning and probate. Abby enjoys working closely with clients to identify their interests and assist with their legal needs while forming lasting relationships.
