Professional

Since joining the firm in 2004, Beth has specialized in Estate and Trust Planning, Probate Administration, Taxation of Individuals, Trusts and Estates, Business Planning and Real Estate.

Beth has focused her practice on estate planning and probate. Estate planning can be intimidating, especially when clients hear differing opinions from multiple sources. When preparing an estate plan, the focus of the estate planning attorney is to prepare documents that accomplish the client’s intentions, while paying careful attention to the specific assets that comprise the client’s estate, including real estate, business interests, retirement assets and life insurance. Beth focuses on educating her clients on their options and helping them follow through on their decisions. Beth works extensively in the firm’s tax department. The firm prepares income tax returns for individuals, estates and trusts, in addition to gift tax returns and estate tax returns. Her knowledge of the tax consequences of estate planning enhances her ability to facilitate planning that not only accomplishes the client’s plans for disposition of assets, but also does so in the most efficient tax manner. Beth also handles entity formation and administration, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
