Crystal Mitchell is a litigator and an advocate. She has an enviable track record, having successfully represented individuals and businesses in disputes involving real estate, construction, partnership disputes, business ventures, personal injury, collections, and HOA matters. While her practice emphasizes complex civil litigation and a willingness to go to trial, Crystal excels in negotiating out-of-court settlements for clients.

Her practices also focuses on related transactional work including contract negotiations, drafting and review, with an eye towards preventing litigation in the event a dispute should arise between the parties. Crystal has also authored several publications regarding real estate, construction and litigation for the National Business Institute, which are now used by the Colorado Bar Association to educate other lawyers.

Crystal is licensed to practice in Arizona (2014), Colorado (2004) and Indiana (2003). Crystal is licensed to practice in all state courts in Colorado, Indiana and Arizona, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, District of Northern Indiana, District of Southern Indiana, and District of Nebraska.
