A New Wing
Over the years, our firm has moved along Main Street, and in 1964, we finally found our permanent home at 401 Main Street in the First National Bank Building in the heart of downtown Longmont. This time, instead of relocating to a larger office, we are taking down our current walls and moving into the other side of our second-floor space in South State Bank.
The notable "Tuscan Red" painted wall in our reception area will be taken down, exposing the new wing. This area will have several offices for our attorneys and paralegals (see "phase 1"), an additional conference room, and a break room (additional offices in "phase 2").

Estimated Timeline
Earlier this year, we began developing concepts for an expansion. We looked at the space across from our second-floor office and, given our current and future growth, realized we needed a build-out.
In January, we began coordinating with our landlord on lease adjustments and started connecting and negotiating with contractors. Once the city approves, we expect to begin the build-out toward the end of September. This project will last about eight weeks, with completion aimed for mid-November.
This is the most significant change to our firm since we moved to our 401 Main Street location several years ago. Beyond our firm's growth, it shows how rapidly the Longmont Community is growing and how we can meet the needs of prospective attorneys.
