We defended Silver Linings Investment Group and others against claims for breach of real estate contract, fraud by misrepresentation and fraudulent concealment. Our clients purchased a residential property in Larimer County to update it and hold as an investment then sell it. The plaintiffs purchased the property and later claimed construction defects.
The final verdict was for the defendants and against the plaintiffs on all claims. Post-trial motions are currently pending for plaintiffs to pay defendants attorney fees and costs.
