Elliott grew up near Indianapolis, Indiana and attended DePauw University for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Economics in 2016. Elliott later moved to Boulder for law school, graduating from the University of Colorado Law School in 2020.
Elliott brings a diverse professional background to Flanders, Elsberg, Herber & Dunn, LLC, including work in both the private and public sectors and representing clients across a variety of contexts. From legislative drafting to real estate negotiation to prosecution to utility-scale energy development, Elliott knows how to advocate for his clients regardless the venue and always brings an outcome-oriented approach to his representation.
Elliott’s current practice focuses on civil litigation, transactional drafting, and small business advisory work. With cases ranging from simple breach of contract to complex, multi-party fraud, Elliott has the attention to detail, strategic mindset, and persuasive communication skills needed to advocate for his clients’ interests, whatever the issue. Elliott is licensed to practice in all state courts in Colorado.
Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his daughter and all things outdoors in Colorado—skiing, hiking, and backpacking, to name a few.
